Working principle:

Denitration system: 

SNCR is selective noncatalytic reduction denitration technology, is a kind of clean denitration technology without using catalyst. The ammonia-containing reducing agent (such as ammonia, urea solution etc.) directly into 850~1100℃ high temperature flue gas, under high temperature conditions, reducing agent first decomposed into NH3 and other by-products, then, the NOX in flue gas and NH3 further redox reaction, reducing NOx in the flue gas, generate nitrogen and water.

Effect:

NOx emission concentration: less than 50mg / Nm3;

Denitration efficiency: 60%;

Ammonia escape rate: less than 8ppm 

 

Thermal engineering control system:

Makes sure the furnace temperature, outlet flue gas temperature and exhaust gas temperature keep within a certain range to realize the stable heating of the system. For different process occasions, the measurement and control parameters are different. According to the needs of the DCS system, design the channel to communicate with the upper computer. The analog amount 4-20mA signal which PLC output needed, the switching amount state signal and the switching amount operation signal the PLC received, exchange the information with the upper computer by the PLC through the bus.
