Application: for flue gas desulfurization and denitrification, waste heat boiler and other supplementary combustion heating.
Working principle:the flue gas heating system is the use of the built-in burner to directly heat the gas in the flue, the high temperature gas generated by combustion and the heating needed gas directly convection heat exchange, no related heat loss. Using high-energy ignition or plasma ignition (not need high calorific value gas ignition system), high temperature gas as the combustion auxiliary air (flue gas temperature 100-150℃, oxygen content of about 16%), the flue gas directly through the flame high temperature external flame area for mixing.
Main Performance and Features:
★heat storage device is set at the outlet of low calorific value gas burner for stable combustion, not easy to stall;
★built-in direct combustion furnace is directly burned in the flue, no heat dissipation in the system, not need to mix with wind, high combustion efficiency, fuel saving;
★direct heating, flue gas mixing uniform and speedy, no need castable in the flue;
★can burn some CO of the original flue gas, save gas, reduce the oxygen content of the flue gas;
★can use the heating side loading method to make the high temperature flue gas mix with the flue gas to be heated through the cyclone, quickly lower the hot air outlet temperature, effectively reduce the system mixing resistance;
★The fuel volume can be automatically adjusted or manually adjusted according to the flue gas volume and flue gas temperature;
★Cover a small area, no need oven process, directly use, convenient operation and maintenance, the overall investment saving;
Composition:
burner, valve system, fan, heat storage and combustion stabilization device, high temperature flue gas distribution device, PLC control, etc.;
Combustion wind system:
High temperature flue gas (high oxygen) combustion aid after GGH heat exchange, minimize flue gas increment and absorb tail exhaust heat; equipped with combustion supporting air emergency valve, which can absorb external air combustion supporting system when the flue gas composition is unstable.
Controlling system:
The PLC thermal automatic control system is specially designed for desulfurization denitration direct combustion furnace thermal general measurement and control system, the normal operation status mark of direct combustion furnace is the reasonable ratio of gas and blast volume, makes the furnace temperature, outlet flue gas temperature keep in a certain range to achieve the purpose of heating catalyst, for different processes, measurement and control parameter is different.
The control system can be used in the manual or automatic method, and the automatic functions are as follows: :
⑴. Automatic purge (front purge, rear purge), program ignition, flame out automatic protection;
⑵. Gas valve leakage alarm and protection;
⑶. Gas pressure max. & min. alarm and protection;
⑷. Over temperature alarm and protection;
⑸. External fault alarm and protection;
⑹. Automatic adjustment of gas volume and combustion air volume;
⑺. The touch screen centrally displays the process parameters such as temperature, pressure, valve position and flow rate, as well as controlling the start-stop and switch functions of each process equipment to monitor the operation status of each process equipment;
⑻. Manual / automatic switching function.
According to the need of the central control DCS system, the PLC system can communicate with the DCS system; The communication modes include Ethernet, Profibus DP, Profinet, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP and point-to-point etc. That is, the PLC control system can exchange data with the central control DCS system through the above communication methods, so as to realize the remote control of the DCS system to furnace on site.
