Working principle:
vertical steel mixed pulverized coal furnace is a kind of low-nitrogen and oxygen-controlled industrial furnace, use pulverized coal as fuel to supply high temperature flue gas. The pulverized coal burns in a suspended state under the action of air. The furnace has the advantages of rapid combustion, large capacity, high efficiency, wide adaptability, and convenient control and adjustment etc. With the large scale of flue gas heating furnace, pulverized coal furnace has great advantages in high temperature combustion, easy control, large scale and so on.

PLC control system:

According to the need of the central control DCS system, the PLC system can communicate with the DCS system; The communication modes include Ethernet, Profibus DP, Profinet, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP and point-to-point etc. That is, the PLC control system can exchange data with the central control DCS system through the above communication methods, so as to realize the remote control of the DCS system to furnace on site.
